You've Got (the Wrong) Mail is a supernatural screwball dark comedy following a sleep-deprived man on the brink of losing his mind who discovers his much-needed insomnia medication was delivered to the wrong house, sending him on a frantic mission to retrieve it, all while being guided by a hallucinated companion only he can see.
Produced as part of an internship at Adrenaline Films, the short was edited and colored by Elaine, with some additional color work being done by Adrenaline's own Anthony Mayorga. Elaine worked directly with producer Antonio Mitchell during a majority of the editing process. Elaine and the other interns also did some minor (uncredited) revisions on the script, originally penned by director Morgan Lucas. Elaine also designed the logo and poster for the project, with the thumbnail being an illustration by producer Diego Garcia. It stars Dariel Garcia, Gavin Vaughn (Dracula 2), Alison Diaz, and Isabelle Kaltenbaugh.
